Sitting Cat in Profile Lightweight Silver Brooch | 1970s
This handsome lightweight silver brooch takes the form of a sitting cat in profile, and has a smooth high-sheen finish. The brooch has been crafted using a seamless hollow-cast method making it deceptively light for the size, so it can be comfortably worn on lighter clothing, securely held by a locking roll-over clasp. This piece dates from the mid to late twentieth century (we think probably the 1970s) and carries a 925 Standard Mark on the rear.
Approximate Dimensions: 4.3cm x 2cm (at the longest/widest point)
Condition Report: In excellent vintage condition, with some very faint surface marks as would be expected with silver of this age. The silver has been cleaned and polished by us to a fine bright finish, but please remember that, as a soft metal, silver is always liable to show some slight marks and fine scratches from handling when inspected closely, even when brand new.
