Vintage framed print of Louis Wain’s ‘The Tennis Fan’. The unusual circular wooden frame, made by A. Stewart, Verulamium Hill, St. Albans, is finished in gold paint, which has mellowed in colour over the years and ‘distressed’ attractively to reveal traces of a duck-egg blue undercoat in places.
